Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you can return them. (Not sale goods)Within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No refund can be given if goods are returned after 14 days of the invoice date. We regret we cannot give refunds for carriage costs incurred when sending back items. If you wish to return any item please telephone 07917120587 quoting your invoice number for which you will receive a returns number which has to be included with the returned item with a covering letter. Please do not post any item without first receiving a returns number. Returned items must be in original condition clean unworn with original tags and packaging. And not smelling of smoke etc as we will not accept this. For your own protection we strongly recommend you send items back recorded delivery or international signed for if from outside of the UK. Upon receiving the returned item as described above your card will be refunded within 5 working days. Unfortunately we can only refund the card used in the original transaction. Purchases made by cheque will in return receive a cheque by recorded delivery in return. All sale goods are non refundable

Delivery

All items within the UK will only be sent by recorded delivery. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. We can only estimate delivery times,and can only promise next day if item is ordered before 12:00 midday this excludes weekend & Bank holiday

We only sell what we have actually got in stock at our shop. Enquires about stock that will be coming available will be sold on a first come first served basics.

International Import and Custom Duties

Any import and custom duties levied once the parcel reaches your country will be the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and unfortunately cannot predict what they will be.
